Job Summary:

Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, handling employee grievances, and maintaining employee records and HR systems.

  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of staff and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and developments
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a tourism or travel industry company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
