About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Human Resources Manager to join our growing teams. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll management, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance with statutory and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management
    • Manage and process monthly payroll for corporate employees, retail employees, and third-party contractual employees.
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely disbursement.
    • Validate salary inputs: attendance, leaves of absence, new joiners, exits, bonuses, incentives, and reimbursements.
    • Handle payroll reconciliation and ensure zero discrepancies.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Own employee onboarding, inductions, confirmations, and exit processes.
    • Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Compliance & Audits
    • Ensure adherence to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, and Minimum Wages.
    • Liaise with vendors and consultants to ensure documentation and filings are up to date.
    • Conduct internal HR audits and documentation reviews.
    • Maintain HR records in line with compliance requirements.
