Job Title: Sales Development Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring daily sales activities, assisting sales representatives, and implementing sales processes to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective implementation of sales processes.
- Assist sales representatives in closing sales deals and providing on-the-job training.
- Recruit and manage sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Review customer data and create action plans to close sales cases.
- Implement sales systems and track payment recovery cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 3-8 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
