At Savvy Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team and dealers to promote our Powerol brand.
  • Drive sales in a designated territory through dealer engagement and support.
  • Generate and convert inquiries while preparing monthly business plans.
  • Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns.
  • Train dealer staff and ensure adherence to sales standards.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels.
  • Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA.
  • At least 36 years of experience in channel sales (related to power tools electrical components HVAC etc.).
  • Proven sales track record and market knowledge.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
