Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Corteva Agriscience. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for organizing sales, collections, and sales development activities in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with distributors to obtain orders, execute supplies, and collect payment on time to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor C&F points and organize market development activities to disseminate product performance.
  • Conduct VIP farmer meetings and provide training support materials.
  • Distribute free samples, organize side-by-sides, and demonstrations to collect and analyze yield data.
  • Plan and organize harvest days and crop tours to bring out yield books.
  • Layout Product Advancement Trials and follow up with data collection and forwarding to RM.
  • Provide feedback to RM and R.Ag on Pioneer and competitors' product performance.
  • Monitor stock availability and divert unsold stocks to liquidate and avoid sales returns.
  • Provide feedback to RM on competitors' and government agencies' activities.
  • Drive and generate demand through large-scale farmer contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in agriculture or equivalent.
  • 4 to 7 years' experience in Seed, agro-inputs, field crops, or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of crop management techniques.
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • High stamina for regular tours.
  • Strong persuasive and group selling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Objection management skill and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of margin structure.
