Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Vodafone Idea Limited.

Job Description:

As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and promoting prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges in the defined market geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver revenue and sales targets
  • Appoint and manage channel partners in the defined market geography
  • Ensure distributor 3i - infrastructure, investment, and involvement for reliable and effective service
  • Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
  • Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships
  • Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross and tertiary

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
  • Effective distributor management
  • Motivate team and build capability
  • Skilled in conflict management
  • Self-driven, can operate with minimal guidance
  • MBA preferred
  • English and local market language
  • Can interpret and construct performance reports
