Sales Territory Manager

Job Title:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Vodafone Idea Limited.
Job Description:
As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and promoting prepaid SIMs, MNP, and recharges in the defined market geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue and sales targets
- Appoint and manage channel partners in the defined market geography
- Ensure distributor 3i - infrastructure, investment, and involvement for reliable and effective service
- Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
- Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships
- Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross and tertiary
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Telco/FMCG
- Effective distributor management
- Motivate team and build capability
- Skilled in conflict management
- Self-driven, can operate with minimal guidance
- MBA preferred
- English and local market language
- Can interpret and construct performance reports
