Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and product enhancements
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales as an ASM/RSM at bus OEMs, dealerships, or bus financing institutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High energy levels and a drive to achieve results
