
Regional Sales Growth Manager

- To expand our distribution network in the assigned territory.
- Manage existing dealer networks to drive growth and sales.
- Meet daily operational requirements, including:
- Obtaining orders from dealers in line with assigned targets.
- Processing payments and reducing outstanding balances efficiently.
- Ensuring timely delivery of credit notes to dealers.
- Maintaining clear accounts with dealers at all times.
- Expanding our network by acquiring new dealers.
- Initiating field development initiatives, including sign boards and painter meets.
- Briefing dealers on new schemes and target products.
- Conducting regular meetings with influencers such as architects, contractors, housing societies, painters, etc. for business development purposes.
- Ensuring effective product visibility at dealers' counters.
- Filing daily reports in CRM systems.
- Achieving targeted weighted reach and numeric reach in their assigned territories.
- Achieving targeted CCD reach within designated areas.
