Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering strategic relationships with cross-border clients across various regions. Your expertise will drive merchant acquisition through the development and execution of a robust cross-border sales strategy that aligns with regional market needs and regulations.

  • Develop and execute a cross-border sales strategy to drive merchant acquisition, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and regulations.
  • Nurture partnerships with key entities to promote Cashfree's cross-border payments solutions.
  • Contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
  • Create compelling value propositions for Cashfree's cross-border payment solutions, tailored to meet global compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract development, ensuring favorable terms that support both client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-border sales activities and seamless client onboarding.
  • Achieve targets related to GMV, revenue, and customer flows from international markets, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and leverage industry connections to generate leads, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
  • Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships.
  • Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently.
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value, cross-border deals.
