We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Apport Software Solutions Private Limited. As a key member of our sales process, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.
  2. Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects by initiating conversations and identifying potential customers' needs.
  3. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our conversational commerce solutions.
  4. Email Outreach: Craft and send compelling outreach emails to engage prospects.
  5. Qualification: Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate lead qualification and passing to the appropriate account executive.
  6. Scheduling Meetings: Set up and schedule product demos and meetings between potential customers and the sales team.
  7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between inbound and outbound sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or communications).
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cold Calling Skills: Ability to engage with prospects over the phone and handle objections.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems).
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
