Job Description:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the primary and secondary targets of the assigned territory. The manager will handle the General Trade or Beverages categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in the beverages industry.
- Achieve primary and secondary target of the area.
- Plan and forecast monthly sales, taking into account shelf life.
- Manage channels and costs.
- Allocate manpower based on individual capabilities.
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales and business targets.
- Required degree: Bachelor's in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
