About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Content Editor and Team Lead to oversee our content team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality blogs in the insurance space.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional editing skills, leadership abilities, and experience managing a team to meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the content team to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations in the insurance domain.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine all insurance-related blogs to maintain a high editorial standard.
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with client guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of insurance-focused content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve writing quality.
  • Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Handle last-minute requirements and ensure the team adapts quickly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, especially in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring.
