Business Development Lead Job Description

Pronix Inc is seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to join their team. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for discussing and recommending IT solutions and consulting services with prospective and established customers.

About the Role

This full-time salaried position comes with bonuses and incentives for meeting and exceeding sales goals. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in inside or outside sales and/or marketing, with a strong understanding of the current market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop existing accounts and identify new customers through consultative selling approaches
  • B/build strong customer relationships and maintain accurate sales records
  • Generate reports for review, analysis, and presentation
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Linked-in, Facebook) to seek out qualified decision makers
  • Able to make outbound calls to business owners and decision makers
  • Set appointments for outside sales teams and track opportunities
  • Assist in administrative duties, including managing CRM data and contact lists
Estimated Salary

Rupees 8 lakhs - 12 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
