Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead our sales initiatives in the IT services sector.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Forge strong relationships with buying offices of potential clients and gather industry insights
- Collaborate with Vertical Leaders, Practitioner Sales, and Client Delivery Leads to identify services and offerings for clients
- Leverage your expertise to develop pursuit strategies and client proposals with bid managers and Solution Architects
- 12+ years' experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the IT sector, especially in Government, PSU, Manufacturing verticals
- Proven track record of sales successes, including handling larger outsourcing engagements in the IT services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong network within customer organizations
- Project management experience and willingness to travel
- Analytic and conceptual thinking, with a goal-oriented and resilient mindset
- A competitive estimated salary range of ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum
