Lead Generation Specialist: Identify and Engage High-Quality Decision Makers

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging high-quality decision-makers on LinkedIn. This involves conducting in-depth research to pinpoint target customers within assigned industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within specified industries
  2. Build and maintain a strong network of connections on LinkedIn through active engagement with groups, discussions, and relevant profiles
  3. Craft personalized outreach messages to initiate conversations with potential clients
  4. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget to ensure a good fit for our solutions
  5. Coordinate qualified appointments with sales representatives based on their availability and lead preferences
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records for each lead

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with potential clients, and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and a CRM platform is essential. A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze results and adapt strategies for improvement is also crucial.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the performance marketing or SaaS industry

  • Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation, including search filters, advanced search operators, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
