Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Assistant to drive business growth through lead generation and prospect management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities by coordinating business generation activities and developing targeted sales strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support to meet their expectations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure, retain, and grow existing accounts
  • Create informative presentations and deliver information to potential clients at meetings and conferences
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in a database
  • Make outbound calls, meet clients, and close sales while working closely with clients throughout the process
  • Meet targets for cold and active calls, appointments, and interviews, as well as annual sales goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
  • Experience with cold calling and field sales, as well as knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience
