Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through LinkedIn lead generation. Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and ultimately converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify target decision-makers within assigned industries.
  • Build a robust network of connections on LinkedIn by actively engaging with groups, discussions, and relevant profiles.
  • Craft compelling personalized outreach messages to initiate conversations with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget to ensure a good fit for our solutions.
  • Schedule qualified appointments with sales representatives based on their availability and lead preferences.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and detailed lead information.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for lead generation on LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the performance marketing or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and services.
  • Adept at using LinkedIn for lead generation, including search filters, advanced search operators, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and a CRM platform.
