Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the sales and marketing efforts for a variety of products. This includes heading the Contract Cell for finance and commercial activities, managing all outsourced services, and overseeing captive iron ore mine contract management and logistics.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial models for growth projects, including IRR, ROCE, ROIC, NPV, and break-even analysis.
  • Implement acquisition activities, including zero-date planning and IT synchronization.
  • Conduct scenario analysis, peer review, and risk statements.
  • Oversight of valuation of investments, capital assets, liabilities, and working capital determination.

Growth Plans & Related Areas

  • Strategize implementation of acquisition activities, including zero-date planning and IT synchronization.
  • Reduce losses via effective monitoring of demurrage, detention, penalties, and late charges.
  • Administer and report monthly rolling forecasts, budget controls, variance, and inventory analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP (FI & CO) and Tally software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
