About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Expansion Manager for Flipkart Grocery outlet onboarding and service.
This role involves developing acquisition strategies, sourcing and onboarding new outlets, managing and mentoring a team of field sales executives, and planning promotional strategies to enhance market penetration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to onboard Flipkart outlets and promote multi-product sales.
- Source and onboard new outlets to generate leads and ensure consistent service.
- Lead and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve territory targets.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies to enhance market penetration.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in field sales, team handling, and outlet onboarding.
- Leadership skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and strong multitasking skills.
- Extensive experience in direct sales and market development strategies.
Salary Range:
Rupees 12,00,000 - 18,00,000 per annum
