Regional Sales Director

At Acme Services, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our zonal sales efforts. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets for the territory.
Sales Performance Management:
Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members. Recruit and onboard new sales representatives as needed.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and key accounts within the assigned territory. Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions to maximize sales potential. Negotiate pricing and promotional agreements with customers.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify competitor activity, market trends, and potential opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market conditions. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and market positioning.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and manage inventory levels effectively. Monitor and manage sales expenses within budget.
