Electrification Business Development

This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our electrification business. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in a designated market or division, aligned with our company's strategy.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of low-voltage switchgear products.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition delivery.
  • Manage administrative procedures, supporting cash collection and project management activities as needed.
  • Drive business development with industries and consultants, securing product approvals.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or BE in Electrical & Electronics.
  • 8-15 years of experience in the Switchgear industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage switchgear products.
  • Leadership quality with a proven track record in business development and relationship management.
