Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Rewards Professional to support our team in the operational conversion of strategic objectives.

  • Support and implement competitive compensation and benefit programs aligned with corporate guidelines.
  • Provide data support for survey submissions and participate in benchmarking process.
  • Analyze labor market trends and provide input on salary structure adjustments.
  • Perform analyses on market and internal data to ensure competitiveness of reward structures.
  • Report and interpret analysis results, making recommendations for Rewards programs alignment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of P&O experience, preferably in Compensation and Benefits.
  • A basic understanding of compensation elements in an organizational context.
  • Strong data analytics and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
