We are looking for a seasoned Key Sales Account Manager to join our Housing Finance team. This is an opportunity to grow sales and market presence while focusing on relationship building.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing bilateral growth by adding new distribution channels, growing direct sales teams, and increasing productivity through cross-sell and multi-selling of products. You will be responsible for liaisoning with internal teams for business operations and delivering top-class service to customers for better NPS scores.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage unilateral growth by adding new DSAs/Branches
- Grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
- Market and encash catchment areas
- Meet HNI clients and explain various products related to Loan against property/HF
- Build relationships with Builders and secure Tie-Ups for Primary Markets
- Ensure Project approvals of Builders
The ideal candidate should have relevant Home Loan/Mortgage/LAP sales experience of at least 2-8 years, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Graduate/Post Graduate professionals between 25-35 years of age are encouraged to apply.
