We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and scaling high-impact lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with leadership and senior marketers to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive measurable business growth across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on launching and scaling ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and scale high-impact lead generation and e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage performance campaigns across multiple industries, including E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize campaigns daily by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
  • Test and implement new strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creatives to develop bold ideas into successful campaigns.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • AI-driven mindset and comfort with AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign performance.
