Key Role in Performance Marketing Strategy

Job Overview:

As a Senior Manager – Digital Performance Marketing, you will lead the performance marketing practice across paid channels.

You'll oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns while serving as the go-to advisor for clients.

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot).
  • Experience in high-growth industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C brands.
  • Strong record of managing teams and mentoring talent.
  • Exposure to international markets and multi-language campaign management.
