About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketer to drive user acquisition, brand reach, and revenue growth through affiliate marketing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Build, launch, and manage high-performing affiliate marketing campaigns across fintech, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Affiliate Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners in the fintech, crypto, and Web3 industries.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring regular communication, support, and engagement to drive campaign success.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate commission structures, payout models, and incentive programs to attract and retain top-performing affiliates.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and LTV.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by identifying high-performing affiliates and scaling their efforts for maximum impact.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or Web3.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful affiliate programs and partner pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, Refersion, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.
