We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who takes complete ownership of clients and is passionate about scaling brands across platforms.
Job Overview
You will be the face of our company for clients, driving campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other platforms.
Your role involves achieving client Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.
This is a remote position with competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across various channels
- Taking full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
- Communicating directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborating with our creative and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with client goals.
- Monitoring and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV).
- Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly.
- Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
- A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results.
- Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
