As a seasoned Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for spearheading data-driven strategies to drive business growth through paid advertising channels. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand voice and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as return on ad spend, click-through rate, cost per click, cost per acquisition, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other performance tools.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize returns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
