Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact position where you'll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms. You will work closely with our creative strategists and designers to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive conversions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimise to achieve business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
  • Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
