Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Solution Strategist with a strong background in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Strategy Development:
    • Understand clients' business goals and objectives to develop tailored performance marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and align marketing strategies to achieve these targets.
    • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on leveraging AI-driven marketing solutions.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
    • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics to maximize campaign performance.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Present and communicate complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal product, data science, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of AI solutions.
    • Provide feedback to product teams to help shape the development of new features and enhancements based on client needs.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic, and display. Familiarity with AI and machine learning in marketing is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
