Job Opportunity:

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our performance marketing initiatives. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns across various digital platforms, driving growth and revenue.

  • Design and implement paid advertising strategies on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other leading platforms to enhance ROI and optimize customer acquisition costs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform budget allocation and audience targeting, continually optimizing campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business objectives, representing performance marketing in strategic discussions and external forums.
  • Own the performance marketing strategy from concept to execution, driving marketing initiatives across international markets with a focus on France.

About You:

  • You possess 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • You have a strong track record managing campaigns for international markets, demonstrating proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • As a creative problem solver, you excel at analyzing complex data and interpreting results, confident in your ability to lead and execute.
