Job Overview

We seek a seasoned cost engineering expert to oversee panel costing activities in the Automation sector.

The ideal candidate will have profound understanding of Siemens automation products and be able to manage all aspects of panel costing, ensuring accurate and timely final costing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage panel costing activities to ensure accurate and timely final costing.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Siemens automation products, PLCs, Drives, CNC systems, DCS, PCS, Electrical Panels, and Instrumentation Panels.
  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering costing tasks and deliverables.
  • Conduct technical discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors to finalize requirements, configurations, and costs.
  • Provide regular status reports to management regarding costing, progress, and potential issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Siemens automation products and systems.
  • Proficiency in panel costing and project costing.
  • Experience with PLC, Drives, DCS, PCS, and instrumentation panels.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 6-7 years of experience in panel and automation product costing.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel. SIEPAN or SIECOST software experience is desirable.
