Job Summary:

  • A senior cloud engineer with extensive expertise in designing, deploying and maintaining scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management

Designing and Implementing Cloud Infrastructure:

  • Familiarity with ECS/EKS cluster setup, deployment configuration, and performance-based scaling.
  • Skilled in automating infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation.
Service Provisioning and Optimization

Service Delivery and Cost Efficiency:

  • Proficient in a range of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Redshift, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, and Trusted Advisor.
Security and Compliance

Information Security and Governance:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS IAM, including role configuration, policy management, and user group administration.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing RDS databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and enforcing access controls.
Cost Analysis and Resource Allocation

Resource Optimization and Financial Management:

  • Strong background in cost analysis, resource optimization, and budget planning.
  • Knowledgeable in using Trusted Advisor, Cost Explorer, and tagging for granular cost insights and data-driven decision making.
Collaboration and Communication

Teamwork and Effective Communication:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a proactive team player.
