We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud migrations, Windows Server management, Office 365 administration, printer setup, networking, Active Directory management, remote support, and RDP configurations.

This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Administration
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and performance tuning.
  • Deliver remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in cloud support and administration is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory management.
Preferred Certifications
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate would be a plus.
Personal Qualities
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to provide effective remote support to clients, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
