Quantity Surveyor Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately predicting and preparing detailed cost estimates for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for Civil / Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Ensure all cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality.
  • Use appropriate measurement methods to assess quantities accurately.
  • Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related software.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 2 years of technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
  • A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible.
