Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to manage costing for large, complex projects.

This involves interpreting architectural drawings, estimating costs, conducting rate analysis, and preparing Bills of Material.

To ensure project profitability, you will track pricing for components and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret drawings and prepare detailed cost estimations
  • Use software for planning and estimation
  • Liaise with vendors, analyze costs, and manage procurement inquiries
  • Visit sites to understand challenges and validate costs
  • Track project progress and maintain updated pricing
  • Document best practices and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in project estimation (construction preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Revit/AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • BE in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed
