  • We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our team of Quantity Surveyors.
  • This is an opportunity to utilize your expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project financials to drive business growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team across multiple projects.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for residential and commercial projects.
  • Oversee tendering processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Implement cost-control measures and identify areas for savings.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and contractual standards.
  • Collaborate closely with design, procurement, project management, and finance teams.
  • Provide timely MIS reports and updates to leadership.
  • Develop and optimize QS processes, systems, and best practices for scale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and project financials.
  • Proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in QS software/tools, MS Excel, and project management systems.
