Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution and management of our construction projects.

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate site activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage a team of personnel working on-site, promoting a collaborative environment and clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting customer expectations and quality standards.

Closing Out Report:

The project manager shall compile a comprehensive report detailing project implementation information, job execution plan, technical details, safety aspects, quality assurance plan, bill of quantities, manpower and machinery deployment, problems encountered, and countermeasures taken.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution and Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of personnel working on-site, promoting a positive work environment and clear communication.
  • Customer Liaison: Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
