Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProject Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Create detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project stakeholders understand the scope and objectives.Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including developers, testers, and other team members.
Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and support to complete their tasks.Scrum Management: Implement and oversee Scrum methodologies to facilitate effective team collaboration and ensure project milestones are met.Delivery Tracking: Utilize tools such as JIRA to track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives.
Provide regular project status updates and reports, addressing customer concerns and ensuring alignment with client goals.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues that may affect project timelines or budgets.Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables.
Ensure that code written in.
