Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project delivery.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation for smooth project progression.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering fields.
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
  • A solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Beyond these key qualifications, we value individuals with excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing agile methodologies, especially Scrum/Kanban-based execution, and operate Jira proficiently.

You will also have the chance to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and report and escalate to management as needed, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
