Theatre Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional movie-going experience while driving business growth.
- Oversee all aspects of theatre operations, including staff management, customer service, box office performance, concessions, technical coordination, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance theatre efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to optimize theatre performance.
As a successful Movie Theatre Operations Director, you will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a customer-focused problem-solving mindset. You should also have knowledge of cinema management systems (POS, ticketing, scheduling software) and a basic understanding of projection and AV systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- MBA or Diploma in Hospitality/Operations Management is an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with a cinema chain like PVR or INOX is mandatory.
