Job Title: Operations Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive strategic planning, program management, and operational excellence. This role will oversee the development and execution of strategies for collections of payments from Drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to define business strategy and OKRs.
  • Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.
  • Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.
  • Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
  • Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.
  • Prepare communication materials and reporting for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
