Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions. They will be responsible for building and maintaining healthy supply in cities, managing fleet acquisition & retention, supporting cross-functional teams, and leading driver engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain healthy supply in cities
  • Manage fleet acquisition & retention
  • Support cross-functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, GR teams
  • Lead driver engagement initiatives
  • Conduct market share analysis & create plans to improve our footprint in the market
  • Search, hire & retain offline & online recruiters
  • Build relationships with local authorities for effective supply management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skill set with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions
  • Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on
  • You are a go-getter with the ability to solve & handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data for solving large-scale operational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment
  • Startup experience is a must
