Architectural Project Leaders will drive technical delivery of projects, overseeing organisation and client coordination. This role offers the opportunity to own project oversight and ensure global quality standards are met.

This role requires:

  • Acting as the client's architectural lead on projects maintaining day-to-day client project contact
  • Managing all aspects of the client's technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration
  • Leading the design team and client meetings, producing detailed meeting minutes
  • Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring the project design programme
  • Communicating resource needs to account managers and associates
  • Creating, updating, and managing all project-related financials and resourcing data in the company's internal project management software, for as long as the project is active
  • Maintaining the Project Quality Control System
  • Monitoring the financial performance and reporting back to the account manager or responsible associate, raising any issues that may affect the agreed fee
  • Leading the contract administration process and ensuring the client meets its responsibilities
  • Leading, motivating, supporting, and managing a team, demonstrating ability to get the best out of the team
  • Mentoring, encouraging, and contributing to individual career development
  • Inspiring and promoting the company's values within the team
  • Ensuring teams are aligned with company policies, procedures, and that the company standards are being consistently met
  • Reviewing, approving, and managing holiday requests, expenses, time off in lieu (TOIL)
  • Communicating important information from the leadership team and implementing any procedural changes
  • Participating in recruitment and employee inductions for junior staff
  • Undertaking employee reviews and supporting with training, development, and growth of individuals
  • Managing the safety and well-being of the team
