  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within project teams.
  • Data-driven insights to facilitate timely decision-making and process improvements.
  • Spearheading key initiatives across multiple functional areas.
  • Formulating actionable plans for process enhancement and stakeholder engagement with senior executives.
  • Performance management of direct reports ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
