Job Role:

Project Coordinator

As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with senior professionals to serve as a liaison between stakeholders and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive project execution while delivering exceptional service to clients.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client objectives and design relevant research instruments.
  • Oversee briefing and training of data collection teams, ensuring they are equipped to gather high-quality insights.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, ethnographies, and other qualitative research methods.
  • Maintain micro-level monitoring of data collection, identifying and addressing any quality control issues promptly.
  • Provide actionable solutions to data collection teams, ensuring the integrity of the research process.
  • Analyze qualitative data and present insightful reports to clients.

Client Servicing:

  • Effectively manage all client communication, ensuring prompt responses and clear expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing market information and expert guidance.
  • Proactively address client concerns and offer actionable solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and supporting skills, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong inter-team management skills, with the ability to derive qualitative insights and construct compelling research reports.
  • Open to travel for project management and client visits.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in servicing international clients.
