Job Title: Senior Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to oversee project progress and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines, and promote best practices for software development and project management.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases, generate regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in IT; preferred 2+ years of program management experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing agile projects, translating business strategy into roadmaps, and making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints.
  • Strong technical expertise in Java, Oracle DB, and Webservices, as well as experience working on projects with this tech stack.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification and experience collaborating with North American counterparts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to lead with courage, and foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
