As a seasoned project leader, you will drive software development initiatives forward by leading cross-functional teams and championing Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Technical Guidance: Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Technical Validation: Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams.
