  • The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager  to lead enterprise-grade projects for some of the world's largest organizations. This is a client-facing leadership role that goes beyond execution—requiring you to optimize frameworks, improve processes, and mentor delivery teams to ensure world-class outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI  from engagements.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
  • Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Act as the primary client-facing leader  for enterprise transformation projects.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years  of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation  skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools  (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban  methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
    • Nice-to-Have Skills
    • Experience managing AI projects  and/or working with US clients.
    • Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom.
    • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP ).
