Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Market Intelligence and Enquiry Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and collect market information to drive business growth.

2. Sales and Business Development: Visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

3. Commercial Negotiations: Effectively negotiate with customers to secure deals and expand our business presence.

4. Monthly Reporting and MIS: Prepare and submit monthly reports on sales, enquiries, and lost orders, as required by management and the Mahindra team.

5. Customer Satisfaction and Escalation: Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues to management or the Mahindra team, as necessary.

6. Territory Management: Focus on ensuring total customer satisfaction in assigned territories and driving business growth.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the electrical and power industry
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering
  • Proven field sales experience
  • Industrial sales exposure
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to ride a two-wheeler
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
